So I sideloaded Amazon Instant Video today to try out the new "download" feature that was announced hoping to stock up on a few episodes of my shows to watch while offline. Everything loaded great and it even ran one time, then gave me an error message that my device isn't supported. I'm running a Verizon Z30 with the latest software. Anyone have any luck using the new downloading feature? Heck, maybe the instant video app isn't compatible at all..I've been out of the Blackberry scene for so long..

Amazon blocked it? What's the point of the amazon app store again?

Well that's a bummer. Love my z30 and it would have been great to watch movies and shows on. Thanks for the replies.

Same for me. I tried several versions of the prime video apk but it's not working anymore. Amazon support is saying that they are not blocking BlackBerry devices, but maybe they are not listed as compatible. What ever, I hope they will let us stream again in future.

I use my PlayBook and the HDMI cable to stream our Amazon videos on tv. Works like a charm.

I know for sure that it is blocked. When I downloaded the new prime app. It worked the first time. The next day when I tried using it. I got a message saying it is not compatible with my phone.

Clearly, once it registers on their server, it gets blocked

Same here. I just go to Amazon through the browser on my Playbook and it streams with no problems. Just wish there was a way to get it to consistently work on my Z30. I can get some prime videos to play using the Zeus browser, but with others I get the same "device not supported" notice others have posted here. Strange.
