Amazon Appstore and Android Apps

Does anyone know why these apps will not allow you to edit Application permission? I have been in contact with BB SUPPORT on twitter and their response was "These applications might pose risk to your personal data"
And here BlackBerry goes around bragging that OS10 users have access to so many apps on Amazon.

Beware, these apps will not allow you to control Application permissions and potentially expose your personal data.
In fact look at the Amazon Appstore permission itself .
It can access all files in your device e and cloud.
