    If I buy a free app I get a nil invoice. If I buy a paid app it does not go through and wants me to register my details again.
    Is there a solution as I cannot buy any chargeable apps.

    what error is it giving you and is your country allowed to use that appstore? not sure if this could apply to amazon as it does for other app stores
