    I have the q10 for the past 2 months. Every time I try to install any app from the amazon appstore I get the message "there was an error please try again". Any info or help about what am I supposed to do?

    I would use your phone's browser and go to http://amazon.com/getappstore to update the app. try that first.

    On a Z10 with os 10.3.2, I've tried both the preinstalled appstore and the amazon underground app from the website. Both are useless. A selected app e.g. skype, appears to download completely and then just hangs at that status. Closing and reopening the appstore will keep the selected app in downloading mode and won't install it.

    Also, when the appstore crashes, the whole screen turns black and gestures don't work anymore. So no other option remains but to restart the device. So imho better to just get the apk's via chrome or other means.
