I've been tempted by that app and have been following the forum thread for months now. What I like about miCoach is the ability to do intervals and have the app prompt when I'm straying out of the predetermined pace zones. I'd like to start doing the same type of intervals but by heart rate zone rather than pace. I don't think CascaRun does intervals or zone coaching - just updates at set frequencies.
