I'm interested in buying a new battery for my Z10 because I'd like extended power. Do they work well with the Z10 and is there a BlackBerry made version?

Very well, you need (and get) a new back door with the battery as it is a LOT larger.

This means no case, so you have to decide if that's a good trade-off or not.

The capacity increase is monstrous.

None that appear to actually increase the life between charges.

Look at the thread in my signature for all about the 4500mAh "Fat Battery"

The 4500 mah is simply the best option out there plus you just can't beat that $20 price tag!
