Fyi all (if not already known) ...I think this is a good thing and I'm cautiously optimistic... I just downloaded 1mobilemarket, and it provided updates to many of my android apps even though they were installed via bbw or sideloaded. pretty cool, I think (running 10.2.1.1259).

Yup, it did on 1055 here
Still you are right! This is nice and makes it feel more 'native'.

Can you tell me how to set up 1market? I tried but it requested a membership.

    Sure,i found it via google...

Please try the mobile link at the bottom. The apk should install directly on your phone after you save and open.

    http://f.1mobile.com/mobile_software...Market_600.apk

Btw, existing apps need to be deleted before the replacements can be installed.

Good luck and please let me know if this works.

I had issues with 1mobile doing this on 1055. I would get notifications to upgrade. Then an error that it can't upgrade already installed apps. I'd delete the app and try again with no success. I even tried ghost commander to full delete the android apps.

    It was a mess.

Snap has been a wonderful change.

Of course, there's a good chance it's user error.

Nobody should be using 1mobile when Snap is linked to Google play. Far more trusted store I'd say.

I agree that SNAP seems safer however is doesn't notify of updates the same way as 1mobile. You have to open SNAP and check, manually, for updates using the tab provided. 1mobile notifies automatically in the Hub

My first and only mass update with 1mobilemarket was a royal pain. I deleted that app right away! Just to say that some of the latest updates do not seem to work well on 1925. Since I deleted a couple of those apps as well, I do not remember the names at the moment.

Snap does appear to be great! Thank you! Any chance this could make it to bbw and not require a sideloaded?

We're building up a store with only supported apks, plus thanks to it being within aptoide, it also downloads the obb files for you and places it in the right folders.

1mobile is awful, it truly is the definition of why people stay away from android, snap changed the game, don't like Google? Probably shouldn't run android apps at all then eh?

Crushed on my Q5 or flicked on my Z30!

What OS you running? If 10.2.1 make sure you go to settings, app manager, installing apps, on.

    Hope that helps
