I did once, but I had the piece to replace...If you don't ship the original I think it negates the lifetime replacement policy...I stopped using them because they start to discolor and peel away from the corner...
I had BSE skins (same material) on 2 Pearls (one carried w/o a case) and they didn't peel or discolor at all in over 2 years. Both BBs were upgraded recently, and the first thing I did was put full-body BSEs on both! Even though BSE doesn't have a lifetime guarantee, I've read that many people have been shipped a free replacement if they messed up the application. This stuff will easily outlast your phone in most cases, IMO.
