There are two songs that are associated with the World Cup this summer. Waka Waka by Shakira and Wavin Flag by K'naan. Wavin Flag is the one from the ESPN commercial.
This is wavin flag.

I wouldn't mind having both as a ring tone.
I hate that I am going to miss this WC because of deployment training. >|

I dont know about K'naan but just that he does one of the main songs for the world cup... its a slowish song, but I have no idea of the song that you are talking about. I could just be over-thinking it though.

You are probably referring to the offical 2010 World Cup song Waka Waka by Shakira, but Wavin' Flag by K'Naan also became very popular. There was also Sign of a Victory by R. Kelly that was touted as the official anthem.
