I have read almost ever post about using media manager to convert movies to the right format for my VZW 8330 Curve by using the convert for optimal playback. When I try that it doesn't even let me select that option. I can see it but I can not click it. What is the deal. I know that there are aftermarket software that will do it but why pay for it if it is already giving to you with the phone? Any help?

what is tghe format of the file you are trying to convert?
1. you might need to reinstall the DM.
2. you might just want to add and drop them on the media card if it is in mp4 or 3gp...
