I have loaded both AVI and MP4 files to my Storm. The MP4 plays audio but blank screen for video. The AVI says it is a unrecognized format. What I have read so far is to get a converter to convert the video I have but it seems like I need to convert to AVI or MP4 which I already have. Please help. I am new to the Blackberry and would appreciate any direction.
