It snaps together fine,right above the USB slot. Not to worry....
Thanks for your help. I ended up using my dremel and the cutting wheel to shave off a small portion of the case to allow the charger to plug in flush. I was able to make a smooth cut and have no problem with the case still snapping together properly. Thanks for your help. I only paid $7.99 for the Platinum series holster and case so I am very pleased and certainly won't be wasting anymore money buying the Seidio Innocase 2 when it is released for the Bold although I do prefer the design.
