this is possible if you have a memory card, memory card reader, and a xbox 360. what you need to do is once you have dragged the movie from your desktop, to the memory card, you then plug your memory card reader into the usb on the xbox 360, and go to my xbox, and you will see usb mass storage device. Now the quality isn't the best, but the movies don't look terrible either.
