I downloaded a video to my bberry & when I tried to play it, it said that it was of an unsupported format. I tried to delete it, but it said the file was in use. Clicked on another video to play, & my phone restarted. Now every time I try to delete the video, it says the file is in use & a few minutes later, my phone restarts. My music & other videos that I've had for ages are now supposedly of an unsupported format as well. The only way I could get my phone to stop restarting was by taking the memory card out.
Anyone know what I can do so that this won't happen when I put my memory card back in? Also, how can I delete the video now?
