This has been tested and confirmed to work on the Verizon 8330 which I have. I know a lot of people have been having trouble putting videos on their 8330 Verizon's in particular. So I hope this helps a lot of people out there.

    1. Download Prism Video Converter

    2. Load video you want to convert by clicking add files in the top left

    3. Select your output folder

    4. output format - .mp4

    5. Encoder options

    6. Video

    7. Compressor - MPEG4(ipod)

    8.Average and Maximum bit rate - 800

    9. Audio

    10. Compressor - AAC

    11. Bit-rate - 128

    12. Edit output

    13. Select - Re-size Video, Shrink or Enlarge video to the selected size, and change frame-rate

    14. width - 320 height- 240, This is for the 8330 your BB may be different

    15. Frame-rate - 24.00 this is what almost all movies run at and most video so this should be your default

    16. Convert, then copy the file in to the video file on your BB's media card select the drive your BB is on --> blackberry --> video

    Troubleshooting

If you plug your BB in via the usb cable and nothing happens go to
Options --> Media Card --> Media Card Support On -->Encryption Mode None this can make videos not play when on --> Mass Storage Mode Support On -->Auto Enable Mass Storage Mode When Connected Yes

It may ask you for your password when you connect it

This has worked for me if you have problems please speak up I will try and figure them out.
