I have my car charger from Verizon Moto V9m(link) and was comparing it to the new one offered by Verizon(link). They both have the micro usb connection, and the new one says it's compatible with the Storm, and V9m, plus others.
So my question is, would the one I have be compatible with the Storm 9530?

Yes. Ur MOTMICUSB will work for the storm.

Yes it will work. I'm using mine form my old MOTO, same with wall charger.

As long as it's a micro usb it will work. It you got a mini usb then you would need an adapter to get it to work.

I'm using mine as well. I also am using my old car charger from my V9

I work for BB and bought a Motorola Micro USB charger that works flawlessly with my Storm. No problems at all.

I was hesitant to buy the charger at first. I heard from a mobile employee that it works great and we get a bigger discount on the Motorola products. Worked for me!

I haven't unboxed my storm charger. I've been using the wall & car charger from my V9m since 11/21 when I first bought a storm. So far no problems.
