My USB cable is not being recognized by my computer, when I connect it to my blackberry, my blackberry lights up but nothing happens on my computer. I have Windows XP. I tried it on another computer and it did the same thing. HELP, HELP, HELP?

When you plug it in what happens if you browse "my computer" do you see it listed in there?

also have the Desktop manager open before you plug it in

set this to yes. maybe that will do something?

silly question, but do you have the password enabled? if you do, then you'll have to type the password onto the blackberry and then all will be good.

if that doesn't work and the above tips don't, i don't know where you should go from there. sorry

try a battery pull, then restart the computer
