I can't figure out why I can't set ringtones. It won't let me past the menu showing all of the ringtone profiles. I battery pulled, checked for any update (there were none) and called Sprint. They said the device may need to settle in, but I have a hard time believing that. Maybe if it was slow or laggy, which it's not, but not for ringtone setting. Is anyone else having this problem with their 9330? I hope there's a solution.
