I have been playing around with some streaming videos and I am trying to get the best quality. From my experience mp4 formats are much better in quality but much bigger in size. A 40 min tv show is about 250 megs but the quality is very nice on the storm. I have also tried the 3pg format the nice thing about this format is the average size of the file for a 40 min show is about 50 megs but the quality is much worse. Is there any other format I can try on the storm that holds better quality but not as big as the mp4? I have seen some 3pg formats that I have downloaded of shows and they are much better than the ones I have done anyone with any tips thanks in advance.

It's all about how you convert to 3gp.
You can convert it to higher quality.
Ultra Video converter is a great one.
Lets you pick quality, also converts to mp4.
As for the best converter, there is no such thing as one specifically for it because it uses file formats that are universal not made just for the phone.
3GP can be played on nearly every media capable phone and mp4 on most pda's and video players.
Most converters output the same.
