I took this picture at 9 am when i was 4x4ing in the mountains east of Vancouver. I used a color effect with a picture app. I got lucky with the low lying clouds. I think it's a fantastic shot. Enjoy
I'm not sure why they created them in that size. I did play around with 640x640, but don't think it changed how landscape looked. For the PlayBook, on the other hand, you really need to make it 1024x1024 for it to look right, even though 1024x600 is the screen resolution.
No I think the other poster is right. When you flip it to landscape view, the wallpaper zooms up on the top portion of the picture if you are using 480x640. On 640x640 you can see more horizontally and it gets cut off vertically. As an example, check out the stock one called Autumn.png.
bumping an old thread, just sharing some wallpapers I edited to fit 9810's screen. Came from Samsung, really liked the stock wallpapers. Credit to the original artists.
