I'm looking to buy this for my car, but I can't find much information on it. How exactly does it charge the phone? Do I have to plug a miniUSB cord to the jack or does it charge via the stubs on the bottom of the battery door? Photos of the installed product would really help me out too.

It charges your device through the 2 gold prongs on the THB cradle to the 2 small gold plates on your device.

Thank you SOOOO MUCH, chinesecatt. I couldn't find a picture like that of the cradle ANYWHERE!

I was planning to buy the windshield mount for this cradle so I wouldn't have to screw it into my dash. I'll post pictures up when I have it installed in my car.
