Does anyone know if the Seidio Tour Cradle will also work w/ Tour models skinned with the silicone (soft) cases? (i.e., ones made by Blackberry, and other 3rd party manufacturers)

no, it wont. im not sure if you can mod the silicone case to get it to work.. the silicone goes over the battery contacts.

It depends on how much bulk the silicone actually adds, if too much then even "modding" it might not be enough since the phone wouldn't fit the cradle.
