That's is nice. Just received my 1600 extended battery and putting it through its cycles. If I don't see an improvement I will grab this one. Didn like the original battery over, but this one definitely is something to consider.

I just googled the seidieo homepage...
So now that I ordered it I wonder.... If there's any cradles that will work with this?

I believe the regular Seidio spring clip will work with it. I had the extended battery on my curve and the regular clip worked with that one. Email them to comfirm it.
I just bought this battery and have been using it for a couple of days. AMAZING DIFFERENCE in battery life.
For example, I started with it fully charged yesterday morning. I am a pretty heavy user in calls, e-mails, texts and some third party apps and bluetooth in the car. At 8:10 the next day, I am still at 45% battery life. With the standard battery, I was having to put it on the charger a couple of times a day.
Yes, it is a bit bulkier (honestly not much, though), but worth it if you need the extra life.
Also, if you get the mini-external charger from RIM, you CAN charge this battery. You just have to leave the top cover open during the charge.
Hope this helps for anyone trying to decide if this is the right battery for you.
no way im getting that, it just looks to terrible for me and there arent that many cases that will fit with that monster on it.
i would love "90% increase in battery life" but not at the cost of having my storm look like that
I love this thing... And my new cradle... The instructions say to drain it and charge it 5 to 6 times for optimal performance.... It tOok me 24 hours to TRY and drain this thing! Played mp3s full blast while useing vz navigator. Then went home and left mp3 playing while using browser HEAVILY.... And it still took 24 hours. Its not 90% more like 400%

i've this battery for about 2 weeks, and though not stellar, definitely an improvement. Have no need for the 2600.
