Can someone please tell me how to get ringtones on my Boostberry 7520. I had a ringtone sent to me via email. When I try to open it I keep getting an error message that the WAP Gateway has reported that Security can not be noegotiated with this device or the account is locked and to contact my Service Provider to ensure my device is allowed to negotiate security keys with the gateway and is an unlocked state. Help!
