I just upgraded from the 8330 to the 9330 and looking for a easy to use ring tone creator. unfortantely I was not able to transfer the tones I had on my old BB. Any assistance would be great

I just go to m.cellsea.com on my phone and download ringtones for free. I guess I am too lazy to create my own.

zedge.net works great. They have lots of free ones and you can create your own also. You can send to your phone or DL to PC and then transfer to phone.
