After some problems with the screen on my BB 9700, I took it into my O2 shop since it was still in warranty. A week and a half later, I get a refurbished BB, different PIN with very (VERY) light scratches on the screen. Loaded SIM and SD in, all is fine par lost contacts.

On my previous phone, when I was listening to music on it, after I selected a song I would holster the phone, and the song would not pause. Now, I have to first lock the phone before I holster it.

Is there any way to get the previous functionality back?

Thanks very much for your time, and a Google gave me answers about voicemail, so I am posting here,

Are you pressing on the right side when you push it in, i found i was accidentally muting my music while pushing my 9700 into the holster, even when locked

I think you can customize the options of the music player to allow it to continue playing when holstered in older versions of the OS.

I'm on OS and there aren't any options to prevent that from happening, sorry.
