Is it possible to remove the protective screen cover that comes on the Outter case. I like the case and the holder but the ones I have seen have make the screen look like it has bubbles and waves. I already have a nice clear screen protector on my Bold. I was thinking I can remove the plastic one that comes with the case and just use the case for the rugged construction features along with the holder. So the ones that are using the Outter case, can you remove the screen protector.

The plastic case can be left off, you do not need to put it on.

I've had two Otterbox cases (I'm assuming you mean Otterbox) and I've never used the protective film. Instead I purchase a packs of 3 clear, not privacy, screen protectors that I can cut with scissors to size for my Bold. Works flawlessly.

I forgot, the protective film also covers the keyboard so you get added protection if you use it.
