I have a Curve 8330 and the case is just scratched and beat up, plus I tried to repaint the back cover and my friend tried to dry it with his heat gun and melted it so its time to change things up. I want to change the whole outside shell for my Blackberry. I was thinking something cool like a dark wood grain, or black with flames. It seems like all I find is snap on covers and vinyl stickers but none that just replace the whole outside case. Where can I find something like that?

Most of the effects I've seen were decals. Haven't seen many custom jobs you're seeking, though.

go on ebay and purchase a new housing and cover that baby up
