Pouch or holster to fit Bold / Case-Mate hybrid?

I have the 9650 Bold and the Case-mate hyrid case on it. I know most leather belt holster or pouches don't fit.

Anyone know a holster, pouch or anthing to hold on belt that fits this?? Please links if you have

Some people have said the pouches for the Bold 9000 fits phones with cases sometimes, although not sure about this particular case and phone combo.
