just set your left side convenience key to "capture it" under options / screen-keyboard...

Snap the picture. Go to your pictures and send... mms it to your email address... download it and save it to your computer... And just upload it on your post...

Yes it is but it will take forever but here are the steps must have captureit and set it in one of your convenience key then take the screen shot then go to your mobile browser and typ Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket you should set up an account with them then log in to your account. There should be a tab to upload the pic after doing that then copy the img code for the pic then go to mobile cb and post it up see how long this will be. Its way better doing it on a pc but thats my opinion
