Well, Albany is more upstate from NYC then Suffolk County...that was the point I was trying to make.

Install Capture It > http://www.thetechmogul.com/CaptureIt/CaptureIt.jad

After install, go to application options and make sure interactions are set to allow. You'll now have an option to "Capture It' on your menu.

Most people set a convenience key to capture so they can grab homescreen shots.

I don't know about anyone else, but I tried to install Capture It yesterday and I took 4 captures before I actually got them to stop coming out as white screens and start coming out as captures. I dunno what was wrong but that was what was happening for me...just in case that happens to you. After 4, the program was fine!

worked for me after i set interactions to allow, for whatever reason, when it prompted the security settings, it wasnt actually setting it properly.
