It is not possible to get this official wallpaper via an image file - you must modify the code in the "blackberry.alx" file found within your downloaded OS files. There are many tutorials on how to do so, but basically making every vendor theme available will give this background to you.

I'm also interested in this theme. I made a simple L theme using Plazmic but the scrolling between icons was s-l-o-w. It was so annoying that I went back to Precision Zen. I like having more icons on the home screen though and am looking for a good L theme.
