I don't have one with everything pink.. the icons I try to contrast with the wallpapers so they don't blend in.

Most free icon sets found on websites like deviantART, etc. are intended for personal use only. Permission and/or a commercial license is needed in order use the icons for commercial projects (i.e. premium themes). Some themers obtain the rights to use the icons in their commercial projects, others do not...
