And the wp was made by BEE. I got it from her (Beez Berry) blog...

Which Weather Application you're using? . . I've tried some but they don't have Bahrain and can't be displayed on my Home Screen. WOw 19 degrees! . . . here it is 43 and with the humidity it feels 47!. Toooo HOT!

I use BerryWeather, aka BeWeather on App World. I liked their previous weather "supplier" better as it had better coverage in my region.
Supposedly Weatherbug ELITE also has a notification area icon, but I can't vouch for that personally.
I noticed a new weather app released called Weather Plus. I believe it has a wallpaper function like BW's.
My wife uses the free WeatherEye app available in App World. The original wasn't so hot, but current version looks nice and allows multiple locations I think.
