    When I Send A Ringtone Frome Crackberry.com To My Phone I Can Get The Email But When I Open It Up It Wont Let Me Click On The Url .
    Can Someone Please Help Me I Got My Blackberry Yesterday And I Feel Hopeless Lol Help Would Be Greatly Appreciated Thanx!!!

    Try downloading the ringtones using your pc, and then load them to your BB by using the Desktop Manager.

    Same thing happend to me the other day. I did a battery pull and that corrected it.

    I usually highlight, press the menu key and select save. It then saves it to my card and I'm good to go.
