I downloaded 3 ringtones from Crackberry to my STORM and next thing I knew my phone was messed up. My voice sounded muffled when people talked to me on the phone. Then my brother-in-law downloaded ringtones and now his blackberry pearl is dead. Anyone had these same problems?
It is not likley that downloading a ringtone is responsible for your sound problems or cause a working device to fail.
Have you deleted them to verify they caused the problem?
If you think you have corrupted your Storm software, it is not difficult to rebuild your OS software.
