Does anyone know if the Otterbox Commuter case from the 9630 will fit for the 9650? (Due to power port being moved)

We'll know for sure once the device hits the street (any day now).
My guess is that the Otterbox cases might have problems. I have a Defender on my Tour, and the tolerances are so tight on the ports/buttons, that a millimeter deviation will likely cause problems. Other cases with wider openings may catch a break.

or you could take a dremel or sandpaper and open up the whole that small fraction of an inch to allow it to work...

I have a Defender on my Tour as well, but the opening for the power port is a good bit wider than the port itself. So it might just work without any modification.
