I updated to OS 6 on my 9700 and i just realized my beloved wallpapers from OS 5 are not with me anymore T_T....i was looking especialy for the blossom wallpaper.
i googled it and also some link at crackberry.com came up but it dosent seem to work anymore. So if someone got the wallpaper stored on his pc or know a working download link please let us know.
Before upgrading, you could have easily copied the backgrounds using beamexplorer or filescoutlite from /store/samples/pictures/ to the SD card. (yeah, it's a *nix file system lol)

hi and thanks for ur reply... i have tried that...
but i cant get them copied to my SD card. When i try to copy the folder in /store/samples/pictures/ ...it tells me "permision denied" and that file is read only
and on the file itself ( like blossom.png ) it dosent give me the option to copy or cut it at all.
I used BBSAK and loaded the OS5 backgrounds.cod to my device, took screenshots of each picture, renamed them and uploaded to DropBox. I'm on OS 6.424 so this shows that the OS 5 backgrounds.cod works on 6.

I'd use the data cable and download them to your computer to transfer to SD card. So much simpler. With mine it's actually easier because my computer has bluetooth which I can use to do wirelessly.
