Hello and Happy New Year to everyone.
I have unlocked sim-free Blackberry Bold 9700 from Orange network that i'm using with Vodafone sim card and os 6.0.0.418 installed.
My question is, is there a way to somehow extract Orange startup screen and use it as a wallpaper or to find it somewhere already extracted?
    Thank you.

You cannot mess with the bootup. It is hard coded in, and if you were to get in there and mess with it, the chances of permanently bricking your phone are very high.

BBSK and do a screen save - I'd do it for you but I don't have a device on Orange...

Only gives you 2-3 seconds to connect and take a screenshot.

Just curious if you would know, I'm trying to purchase a bold 9700 to use in the Dominican Republic and they have Orange and Claro as the main cell phone providors since you have orange would you happen to know what US system they are compatible with AT&T or T-mobile to avoid being stuck in just EDGE? I apreciate it and sorry to hijack the thread thanks.
