Won't know until mine arrives on Friday. The holsters are somewhat device specific (tongue in cheek) so that the magnets are aligned in such a way to ellicit the appropriate in-holster behavior.
What about the official horizontal case? why isn't there one? I had one for my 9000 and it was awesome. I have some 3rd party POS right now that doesn't have the magnet sensor in it and doesn't fit correctly.
I put mine in with the screen facing out...seems to fit better (more snug) that way. Also, looks as if that's the way it's in the holster in that pic of it on someone's belt on the main page of CB.

Bummer......I like when they face in, so when you pull it out you don't have to then turn the phone around. Oh well, i'll keep waiting for a Seidio Spring Clip.
I don't see any reason for it not to be able to be put in EITHER way...mine goes to sleep either way it faces....if anyone knows why it shouldn't work either way, please speak up...I personally see no difference.
I was running the magnetic flap up and down the front and back of the phone and it puts it to sleep doing it both ways, fyi....so I'm assuming again, either way will work. Also, when the front of the case is put up against the front or back, it puts it to sleep.
it's either way.. whether in or out..
just like the Storm 1 or Storm 2 cases..
the benefit of putting it with the screen facing in..
is that you don't have to turn the phone around to use it
Anyone tried it with the Otterbox yet to see if it fits?

The case is form fitting so I doubt the the Otterbox will work. If the sides had elastic then it would be a different story, but that's not the case with this holster.
