Just got a new bold 9650 that has .975 out of the box.
My problem is that when I put it in the holster it locks ( when it shouldn't )!
i have selected ' lock when placed in holster = "NO" ' and it is still locking when placed in holster. Really aggravating! Anyone have any suggestions?

Is it actually "locking" or is it going to Vibrate? Switch the in holster setting to match out of holster to have it ring in holster.

It is definitely locking and requires a password to use the phone once taken out of the holster.
I learned this at 6 am when the phone alarm woke me as usual. Then the phone showed locked and prompted for a password , which I had forgotten since I never lock my phone or need the password!

i would take it back to your carrier too early in the life of the phone to start messing with it.....sounds life a software issue for sure.
