welcome to the site mtour! all you have to do is save it to your computer and transfer to your phone via desktop manager or mass storage, then on the device select the picture set as display pic

Late answer but here's the easy way.

Go to the image you want, click Menu>Select Mode, scroll a bit to highlight the image, Menu>Save Image (you can select to save as Home Screen if you want.)

Don't forget to go back to View Mode, or scrolling doesn't work very well.
