My Storm died today-i wonder if it's cause of invisible shield and cradle
So I installed an invisible shield Monday. It was working perfect all the way through last night. I never put it in the cradle until last night. It was kind of snug but it fit in regardless. Battery was only half dead so it should have fully charged by this morning. BTW, the battery had the normal pink line through the middle so I know there was no water issues with this.
I woke up and tried to try and use the phone and saw it was off. I could not power it on for the life of me. I must have did about 20 battery pulls. I plugged the charger back in (tried both usb cable and wall charger) and all I would get was the Battery icon in the middle of the screen with a lightning bolt through the middle which basically indicates charging. I tried to retrieve my contacts at least by connecting to the desktop manager but this would not even recognize my device.
Anyone ever had this happen to you? I'm kinda bummed cause after 3 weeks I finally got it working the way I wanted, my settings were almost perfect for me. Luckily, Verizon is sending me a new one and said I should receive it by tomorrow.

Guess, I'm going to join the crowd now, as I used it this morning, then when I went to use it at lunch, nothing!! Came back to the shop after lunch, and checked the battery, measured good. Put battery back in and and still nothing. Guess that was fun for two days! I'll take it back in and see if the next one will last a full week.
