In the past I have been able to create my own mp3 ringtones and just drop them into my blackberry using windows explorer. But today I went to drop new tones into my storm, and the files don't show up in my ringtones. I have put them both on the device and my media card. But they still won't show up. Does anyone have any ideas what's going and how I can fix this. I don't have roxio installed because it makes my computer freeze up. And the new desktop manager doesn't show me ringtones. Thanks....
I put them in the ring tone folders. In the past I put them on the media card. But I have also tried on the ring tone folder on the device memory. On some that I tried to add today, one worked on the device memory but didn't work on the media card. But the others didn't work either place
