    I have the new Tour, I'm curiuos, is it possible to have a wallpaper that has motion? For example, if it's a wallpaper of the ocean to show the waves moving or sparkling?

    2nd question, how do I download these free wallpapers onto my phone?

    There are animated themes, not wallpaper. Some are free, some are not. You can search on here or try Bplay.com:

    And they do have a "Beach" theme as well:
