Won't it be an issue that the speaker on the left is half covered? On a positive note, it looks like the Tour 360 case will allow pod charging since the contacts are exposed.

I'd love to get the burgundy one when available, but may wait until a few of you get your 360's and report back. =)

I'm not sure about the charging. The innocase on my curve left the contacts exposed, but the thickness of the case made it impossible to seat in the charging pod. Maybe Seidio will make a charging pod that accomodates the case...
