Hi y'all!

I can download my wallpapers via email message on my BB. But, every ringtone I've tried will show me the link, but, won't let me download it.

Any suggestions? I've only figured out how to download OTA and I don't know how to do it via the computer.

I've had a handset exchange just today, and my other BB Curve was able to do all this stuff just fine. What gives??
