Word around you can use photo shop cs3 to make your own wall papers for the cell phone. I have cs3 but every time i open an image and then i go to IMAGE SIZE... on the width i put 360 but then the HEIGHT automatically changes to a differrent number and when i change it the WIDTH changes to a different number.So its like FUK! i can't make the size the way i want it.which is 360x480 anybody can help me with this???
Im doing what your tutorial is telling me to do but unfortunately my CS3 is telling me that my SCRATCH DISK ARE FULL which wont allow me to do a new document .you have a clue how to erase them scratch so i can make a new one?
Sorry, I skimmed the post you wrote. I don't have photoshop access right now, but uncheck a box on your toolbar that says "constrain proportions". Should work then.
