Seems like I get the knack now for uploading videos and music to my phone but I wonder if there is a correrct way of doing so, I have to turn on and off the mass storage device in order to do so...Is there a more Godly way to accomplish the task at hand?

I personally use a Micro SD card and just load it up with music and videos. Once loaded, I plug it in and am good to go. No software or cord needed.
