    I LOVE THIS BLACKBERRY!! Putting ringtones on this phone couldn't be easier - even with a Verizon phone because on all other phones, Verizon locks them down so the only way to put ringtones on your phone is to either buy them, have someone else who bought them send them to you (and you'll pay $.25 each for them), or hack into your phone's programming using Bitpim and cut and paste them in from your computer, which always causes you to run the risk that your phone won't work right after you do.

    Actually, you can use any mp3 as a ringtone - either on the sd card or internal memory. The only issue is that when used as a ringtone, only about 30 seconds will play - beyond that is a waste. So some people clip the part of the mp3 they want down to 30 seconds (use wavepad or audacity to edit).
